![]() ![]() Jacob distracts his mother and she commands her son to run. She stares in the opposite direction and draws her gun from under her arm. His mother gets out of the car her jet-black hair in a ponytail and her almond eyes dead serious. It starts out with Jacob running through a forest to only find his mother’s faded blue Toyota Celica climbing the gravel roadway. The third chapter we take a journey into the Jacob’s memories, to before he got into the accident and before his mother went missing. Since Jacob’s mother is no where to be found, he has to go live with his ‘uncle’ in Paris, Illinois until his mother is found. Jacob tries to remember what happened during and before the accident had occurred but only remember’s that he had gotten into a fight with his now missing mother. John then explains that Jacob’s deceased father, Charles Lau formally known as Charles Laudner, had changed his last name before Jacob was born. ![]() Through the conversation between them, Jacob openly refuses to believe that John is who he says to be. Once Jacob wakes up again, he comes face to face with a elderly man, John Laudner, who ‘impersonates’ Jacob’s uncle. Before anymore is discover on where he is, Jacob `blacks out. It pears that Jacob is in the emergency room getting treated for his injuries. Now that’s out of the way lets start with the summarizing the first three chapters~!!!Īs you start reading this book, you visualize our main protagonist on the bridge of death. If you had no idea that this is the book I’m reading, then go back and read the title. In this post I shall summarize what I have already read in Soulkeepers by G.
